Job Description:
Assist in managing the daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food, service, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and daily catering operations

• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance

• Support the Catering Manager in budgeting and planning

• Manage inventory and supplier relationships

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field

• Proven supervisory experience in catering

Skills:

• Leadership and team management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in inventory and operations management

• Common Requirements for All Positions:

  • Must have a transferable visa with NOC
