Job Description:
A reputed printing press in Qatar is urgently seeking a professional and well-organized Coordinator cum Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk duties and providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including handling incoming calls and welcoming visitors
Provide administrative support to different departments
Coordinate between clients, production teams, and management
Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and maintain records
Assist in managing client queries and job order processing
Maintain office supplies and ensure a professional environment at the reception
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
Prior experience in front office or coordination roles is preferred
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations
