Job Description:

We are hiring a CADD/BIM Modeler – Landscape to develop and manage detailed landscape models and drawings using BIM platforms for infrastructure and urban design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D landscape drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit

• Coordinate BIM models with architectural and infrastructure teams

• Interpret landscape architectural plans and translate them into detailed drawings

• Maintain BIM documentation and adhere to standards

• Assist with clash detection and model coordination

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in landscape design modeling using BIM

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects preferred

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

• Strong understanding of BIM standards and LOD requirements

• Eye for detail and spatial awareness

• Good communication and collaboration skills
