Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Revit BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate mechanical building systems in 3D using Revit software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D mechanical models using Revit

• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models

• Update models based on design changes or site conditions

• Produce detailed shop and construction drawings

• Collaborate with design engineers and site teams

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or CAD/BIM Technology

• 2–4 years of experience with Revit in MEP modeling

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
