Job Description:

A leading organization in Qatar is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in hospitality, healthcare, or aviation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills. A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines

  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality assurance

  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and final project close-out reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project management

  • Strong experience in hospitality, healthcare, or aviation sectors

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable

  • Must be immediately available to join

Key Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong planning, budgeting, and analytical skills

  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
