Job Description:
Paris United Group is conducting a walk-in interview to hire dynamic and motivated Outdoor Salesmen with experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Modern Trade, General Trade, Down Trade, and HORECA sales channels.
Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell FMCG products across assigned territories

Develop strong relationships with retail clients, wholesalers, and HORECA establishments

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Conduct regular market visits and product promotions
-
Collect market intelligence and competitor information

Ensure timely order collections and follow-ups
Qualifications:
-
2 to 5 years of outdoor sales experience in the FMCG industry
-
Familiarity with Modern Trade, General Trade, Down Trade, and HORECA channels

Valid Qatar Driving License
-
Must have a valid NOC for job transfer
Key Skills:
-
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam

Self-motivated and target-oriented
-
Good knowledge of the local market and route planning

Ability to work independently and under pressure
