Job Description:
A Grade “A” MEP company in Qatar is urgently hiring experienced Sales Managers. The ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in MEP maintenance, specifically in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems. NOC and immediate availability are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the MEP sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients in the Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Manage and report on sales performance and activities.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with a focus on Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and industry standards.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the MEP sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- NOC and immediate joining preferred.
