📌 Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for freight forwarding services. The candidate must be capable of driving sales in a competitive market and expanding our client base in Qatar and the region.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to provide competitive solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding.
Deep knowledge of international shipping and logistics.
Existing client network in Qatar and GCC is a plus.
