Job Description:

Al-Arqam Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced Coordinator of Maths to lead and manage the Mathematics department at the IGCSE/AS level.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery for Maths (IGCSE/AS).

• Support and mentor Math teachers.

• Ensure high academic standards and student performance.

• Monitor and assess teaching strategies and learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on academic policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education / Science / Arts (Mathematics or related field).

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at IGCSE level.

• Experience in educational leadership or coordination is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Passionate about education and student development.

• Able to teach both KS3 and KS4 levels.

• Valid Qatari Residency Permit preferred
