Job Description:

The company is seeking a qualified Mechanical Revit Modeler to create and manage MEP models, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems using Revit software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain Revit models for mechanical systems.

  • Coordinate models with electrical, civil, and architectural teams.

  • Develop HVAC ductwork, piping, and plumbing layouts.

  • Create detailed construction drawings and as-built documentation.

  • Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of MEP modeling experience using Revit.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

  • Sound understanding of mechanical system layouts and components.

  • BIM coordination experience is an advantage.

  • Ability to interpret design specifications and technical drawings.
