A foreign company located in the prestigious West Bay area of Doha is hiring a Receptionist / Admin / Secretary. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English & Arabic), presentable, and experienced in handling front office operations and administrative tasks.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office filing systems and document management.
Support administrative functions and day-to-day office tasks.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Proven experience in a similar role (Receptionist/Admin/Secretary).
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
