Job Description:

A foreign company located in the prestigious West Bay area of Doha is hiring a Receptionist / Admin / Secretary. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English & Arabic), presentable, and experienced in handling front office operations and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain office filing systems and document management.

  • Support administrative functions and day-to-day office tasks.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Receptionist/Admin/Secretary).

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
