A dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive is urgently required to join a reputable company in the construction and facility management sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and business development within these industries and be capable of building lasting client relationships while driving business growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction, facility management, and maintenance sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business plans.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to closure.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction or facility management industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred (or must be willing to obtain one upon arrival if hired from outside Qatar).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
