Car Rental Doha is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations for their car rental division.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with operations and fleet management teams.
Maintain office supplies and support basic HR/admin tasks.
Update rental contracts and maintain accurate records.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a car rental or related industry.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in administration is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Familiarity with car rental documentation and systems is preferred
