Car Rental Doha is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations for their car rental division.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.

  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

  • Coordinate with operations and fleet management teams.

  • Maintain office supplies and support basic HR/admin tasks.

  • Update rental contracts and maintain accurate records.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a car rental or related industry.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in administration is a plus.
