📝 Job Description:

Car Rental Doha is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for its automobile garage. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their service needs.

  • Inspect vehicles, understand issues, and create detailed service orders.

  • Communicate repair timelines and costs to customers.

  • Coordinate with workshop technicians and follow up on service progress.

  • Maintain service records and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

✅ Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor in an automobile garage.

  • Diploma or certificate in Automotive Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.

💼 Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
