📝 Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Timekeeper experienced in the Equipment Rental industry. The ideal candidate will handle timesheet recording, attendance tracking, and labor/equipment hour management for various project sites.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily attendance and work hours for equipment operators and laborers.

  • Coordinate with site supervisors to maintain accurate data logs.

  • Maintain equipment timesheets and rental logs.

  • Prepare reports for payroll, billing, and internal use.

✅ Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Timekeeper in the Equipment Rental field

  • Good understanding of time tracking and labor management systems

💼 Skills Required:
