📝 Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Design Manager (Architect) to lead and manage design activities for high-end hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural background, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience in 5-star hotel projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design team in developing detailed designs and shop drawings.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design objectives are met.

  • Oversee the preparation of architectural documents and monitor design progress.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

  • Solve design and coordination issues promptly and effectively.

✅ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in 5-star hotel projects is mandatory
