We are urgently looking for a Division Manager to lead our HVAC/R Parts and Cold Room Products Trading Division. This is a strategic role where the selected candidate will be responsible for driving business development, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence in Qatarβs growing HVAC-R sector.
Lead and manage the Trading Division specialized in refrigeration & air conditioning parts and cold room solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Promote and sell HVAC/R components and cold room products to contractors, OEMs, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Manage key accounts and provide technical consultation to clients.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and deliver product presentations.
Oversee division operations, monitor market trends, and adjust business plans accordingly.
Coach and manage a team of sales and technical professionals.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC/Transferable Visa.
Minimum 15 years of experience in technical sales of HVAC/R parts, refrigeration products, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC/R components, cold room systems, and industry best practices.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing client networks.
Experience in leading teams, managing operations, and strategic planning.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills
