πŸ“ Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a Division Manager to lead our HVAC/R Parts and Cold Room Products Trading Division. This is a strategic role where the selected candidate will be responsible for driving business development, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence in Qatar’s growing HVAC-R sector.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Trading Division specialized in refrigeration & air conditioning parts and cold room solutions.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Promote and sell HVAC/R components and cold room products to contractors, OEMs, and distributors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Manage key accounts and provide technical consultation to clients.

  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and deliver product presentations.

  • Oversee division operations, monitor market trends, and adjust business plans accordingly.

  • Coach and manage a team of sales and technical professionals.


βœ… Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

  • Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC/Transferable Visa.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technical sales of HVAC/R parts, refrigeration products, or similar.

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC/R components, cold room systems, and industry best practices.

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing client networks.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
