Responsibilities:
Assign daily tasks to cleaners and housekeeping teams.
Conduct quality audits.
Ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Hotel or Facilities Management.
Minimum 3 years in soft service supervision.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and scheduling skills.
Facilities Management Experience Mandatory
Valid NOC and Police Clearance Certificate
Good communication skills in English
