Job Description:
Performs maintenance and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Diagnose faults and ensure timely repairs.

• Ensure compliance with FM standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in MEP.

Skills:

• Hands-on with tools and diagnostics.

• Knowledge of safety procedures.
