Job Description:

Teyseer BMTC is looking for a professional Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with expertise in the mechanical maintenance and repair of commercial and heavy vehicles. This role is vital to keeping our fleet in top operational condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and more.

  • Identify mechanical problems and perform timely repairs.

  • Work with other team members to ensure timely servicing of vehicles.

  • Keep accurate records of services and repairs.

  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.

  • 3–5 years’ experience working with trucks, trailers, or buses.

Skills Required:

  • Solid experience with heavy diesel engines and mechanical systems.

  • Ability to use tools and repair equipment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
