Job Description:

Teyseer Building Materials & Transport Co. WLL is urgently hiring a Fleet Coordinator with hands-on experience in IVMS tracking systems to manage its fleet of heavy and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset and proven ability in logistics and fleet monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage vehicle movement using IVMS tracking systems.

  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and daily operational needs of the fleet.

  • Ensure vehicle availability and monitor driver assignments.

  • Maintain records of vehicle usage, servicing schedules, and fuel consumption.

  • Prepare fleet performance reports and KPIs for management.

  • Assist in incident/accident reporting and follow-up.

  • Ensure all fleet operations comply with company and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet coordination, preferably with IVMS systems.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with fleet tracking systems (IVMS/GPS monitoring).

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of Qatar traffic laws and transport compliance.
