Job Description:

Rahman Group, a reputable name in the Qatari construction industry, is urgently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its Building Materials Trading division, specializing in both Civil and MEP materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the building materials trading unit.

  • Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

  • Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs for teams and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.

  • Supervise staff and support team development and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.

  • Proven experience in building materials trading (Civil and MEP).

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC.

  • Local candidates with transferable visa and valid QID only.

Skills Required:
