Job Description:

A well-established structural fabrication and installation company in Qatar is urgently seeking a Sales/Marketing Engineer with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in project-based sales related to steel or structural works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the structural fabrication and installation sector.

• Meet with clients, understand technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.

• Liaise with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales documentation.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural fabrication/installation-related projects in Qatar.

• Valid QID with transferable visa (mandatory).

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of structural fabrication, steel works, or mechanical installations.

• Proven experience in project-based sales/marketing in Qatar.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

• Preferred Nationalities: India, Sri Lanka.
