Job Description:

Recharge Qatar is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager (B2B) with proven experience in business-to-business telecom or enterprise sales. This position involves building and managing client relationships, offering enterprise-level telecom solutions, and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.

  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.

  • Deliver tailored telecom solutions, including mobile, internet, and business communication packages.

  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom or IT sector.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships effectively.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Valid Qatar driving license is required.

  • Must have a transferable visa with NOC.
