Job Description:

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing the operation of heavy and commercial vehicle fleets using IVMS and other tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track vehicle movements using IVMS or GPS tracking systems

  • Coordinate vehicle dispatch, usage, maintenance, and driver scheduling

  • Maintain fleet records and ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory standards

  • Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and service records

  • Liaise with the workshop team for repairs and inspections

  • Generate fleet performance and incident reports

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or equivalent

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in fleet coordination

  • Prior experience with IVMS or similar vehicle tracking systems is essential

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tracking software

  • Good negotiation and communication skills

  • Familiarity with local transport regulations and safety standard
