Job Description:
Looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Set sales targets and lead the team to achieve them
Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
Prepare sales plans and reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Coach and train sales staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management
Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong client handling and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
