Job Description:
Looking for a Sales Admin/Receptionist to provide administrative support and manage front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
Support sales team with document preparation
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Handle email correspondence and file management
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus
