Job Description:

A leading pest control company in Qatar is urgently seeking an Admin cum Marketing Manager to manage office operations and drive marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the pest control industry, be organized, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pest control services.

  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Supervise service team schedules and job progress.

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and service follow-ups.

  • Prepare reports, budgets, and marketing performance analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in pest control services in a similar role.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License.

  • Valid Qatar ID with NOC for local sponsorship transfer.

  • Nationality: Indian or Nepalese candidates only.
