Job Description:

Al Gharafa Contracting, a prestigious construction company in Qatar, is urgently seeking a Civil Engineer who holds an A-grade certification from UPDA. The ideal candidate must be available locally and ready to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale construction projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all civil construction activities ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

  • Interpret structural drawings and specifications

  • Monitor site safety compliance and enforce regulations

  • Review project progress and provide technical input during site meetings

  • Maintain all project documentation and reporting to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution

  • Valid UPDA A Grade certification (mandatory)

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil construction projects in the GCC

  • Previous experience with large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Qatar preferred

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

  • Excellent project coordination and time management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
