Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our automobile service workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and a proven track record of managing technical teams and ensuring productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the workshop team to meet service and repair deadlines.

  • Allocate work to technicians and monitor job performance.

  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of spare parts.

  • Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Review job cards, service reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide technical support and training to staff when required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, managing a workshop environment.

  • Heavy vehicle service and repair experience is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Technical knowledge of automobile and heavy vehicle systems.

  • Ability to manage work schedules, spare part inventory, and job costing.

  • Good organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Effective communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
