Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Property Manager with strong commercial leasing experience to oversee the daily operations and leasing activities of retail spaces within a mall and manage property assets. The ideal candidate will possess a business background and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee leasing of retail spaces in the mall, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability.

  • Develop leasing strategies and marketing plans to attract potential tenants.

  • Manage lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations with tenants.

  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and resolve tenant issues promptly.

  • Maintain good tenant relationships to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to ensure smooth operations of the property.

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and occupancy reports.

  • Monitor property expenses and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.

  • MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing and management, especially retail outlets in malls.

  • Knowledge of real estate laws and property documentation in Qatar.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in commercial leasing and tenant management.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
