Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a professional Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence in both English and Arabic.

  • Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.

  • Organize and maintain office filing systems.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders.

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a personal or executive secretary.

  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
