We are urgently seeking a professional Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence in both English and Arabic.
Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
Organize and maintain office filing systems.
Act as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a personal or executive secretary.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
