Location: Saudi Arabia (Project-based) 
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of GCC experience

Job Description:

Manage all contractual and quantity surveying aspects of MEP projects to ensure profitability and compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract administration and commercial aspects.

  • Monitor project budgets and cash flow forecasts.

  • Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.

  • Handle claims, variations, and contractual disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.

  • MRICS or equivalent certification preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in GCC handling large-scale MEP projects.

Skills:

  • Expertise in FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in cost management software and Excel.
