Mechanical Estimation Engineer

Company: Leading MEP Contractor
Location: Saudi Arabia (Project-based) 
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of GCC experience
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description:

Responsible for estimating project costs for mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting in MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tender drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

  • Prepare cost estimations and technical submittals.

  • Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.

  • Develop estimation reports and assist in pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in mechanical estimation.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

  • Skilled in estimation software and MS Excel.

  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
