A well-established Rent-a-Car company in Qatar is looking for a TRP Coordinator / Executive with a minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in the vehicle rental or transport sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, be detail-oriented, and have good command over English communication and typing.
Handle TRP (Traffic Registration Process) coordination for vehicles.
Process documentation for vehicle registration, renewals, transfers, and related government procedures.
Coordinate with the traffic department and internal departments for vehicle clearances.
Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system.
Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding TRP status and renewals.
Communicate with clients and authorities in a professional manner.
Follow up with PROs and ensure timely processing of traffic documents.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Rent-a-Car or transport-related business.
University degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Indian nationality preferred.
Transferable visa is mandatory.
Excellent English typing and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and data entry.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of TRP procedures and local traffic department processes.
