We are urgently hiring an experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mechanical or hydraulic engineering and a successful track record in technical sales within the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Maintain deep technical knowledge of company products and provide expert-level support during the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas industry.
Deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and client needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Travel to client locations as necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry within Qatar.
Strong understanding of technical aspects of the products or services offered.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid Qatar Driver’s License.
Transferable visa with NOC is mandatory.
Deep understanding of on-site machinery, tools, and equipment is highly desirable.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent negotiation, client prospecting, and sales strategy development skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Relationship-building skills and adaptability to Qatar’s business culture.
