Job Description

Job Title: Electrical QC Engineer

Company: Confidential – Major Project Contractor
Location: Doha ,  Qatar

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Quality Control (QC) Engineer to supervise and inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections and testing of electrical works (cabling, panels, lighting)

  • Review shop drawings and material submittals

  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents and reports

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on quality matters

  • Identify and rectify non-conformities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

  • At least 5 years of experience in a QC role on construction or industrial projects

  • Familiarity with international electrical standards (IEC, NEC)

  • QA/QC certifications are advantageous

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in testing instruments and documentation

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
