Job Description:
Desert Wings Group, a reputed Industrial Catering Company in Qatar, is urgently hiring an experienced Marketing Executive to promote and expand its catering services across various sectors. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or food services industry in the Gulf region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote catering services.

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities across corporate, industrial, and government sectors.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through continuous follow-ups and support.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to prepare proposals and customized service packages.

  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and prepare periodic reports for management.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing or business development experience in industrial catering or food services.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

  • Must have a transferable visa with NOC and be available for immediate joining.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong networking abilities and sales acumen.

  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in Qatar's industrial and corporate sectors.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
