ACE Uniforms is seeking an experienced Tailor Master to lead and manage tailoring operations focused on ladies' uniforms and general uniform production. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in garment construction, cutting, pattern making, and team supervision.
Supervise and lead a team of tailors in daily uniform production.
Perform fittings, alterations, and high-level tailoring tasks.
Create and adjust patterns as required.
Ensure timely completion of production orders with high-quality standards.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
Train junior tailors and assist in production planning.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tailor Master in uniform manufacturing.
Strong background in stitching and cutting of ladies' uniforms and workwear.
Knowledge of different types of fabrics and tailoring techniques.
Excellent leadership and supervision skills.
Proficiency in pattern making, cutting, and fitting.
Attention to detail and precision in tailoring work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
