Albaddad International, a globally recognized leader in modular buildings and steel/aluminium structures, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Arab Sales Executive for its Doha branch. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Aluminium and Steel Structures, and possess a strong background in sales, design, estimation, detailing, and client relations.
Actively generate new business leads and close sales related to PEB, Aluminium, and Steel Structure solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and technical proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and consultation to proposal submission and deal closure.
Provide technical support and accurate estimations based on client requirements.
Create construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to meet client specifications.
Oversee and manage after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new partnerships in the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Architectural) or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in PEB/Steel/Aluminium structures, with a proven sales track record.
Expertise in preparing detailed sales proposals, technical quotations, and cost estimations.
Strong background in reading and preparing AutoCAD construction drawings.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Arabic fluency is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of design/drafting software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
Availability for immediate joining is an added advantage.
