A prominent MEP company in Qatar is seeking Mechanical Engineers with UPDA (Grade B or C) and QCDD certifications to join their growing team. The role involves handling HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for various MEP projects, ensuring compliance with local standards and delivering efficient project execution.
Supervise installation and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting)
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for project execution
Ensure project designs and implementations adhere to QCDD and ASHRAE standards
Participate in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems
Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings
Perform site inspections and quality checks to ensure technical compliance
Assist in obtaining QCDD approvals and coordinating inspections
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Valid UPDA Certification (Grade B or C) – Mandatory
Valid QCDD Engineer Approval – Mandatory
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in MEP projects in Qatar
Transferable visa with NOC
Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design and execution
Excellent knowledge of Qatar Civil Defense regulations and MEP standards
Strong coordination and leadership abilities
Experience using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, HAP
Good communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
