Job Description:
Oversee the complete lifecycle of road and infrastructure operation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with standards, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all project activities
Manage cross-functional teams and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Report progress to stakeholders and resolve project issues
Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure enhancement
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience in road/infrastructure project management
Familiarity with asset management systems (Maximo / EAMS / GIS) preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
