Handle inbound and outbound medical-related calls, assist patients with appointments and information, and ensure high-quality customer service in a day-shift-only schedule.
Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare partners
Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups
Provide accurate information about services and procedures
Maintain call records and documentation
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (medical background is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Patient and professional phone etiquette
Computer literacy (basic MS Office & CRM usage)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
