Al Hanqah Facilities Management is a well-established FM company in Qatar specializing in soft and hard services for commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The company is expanding its operations and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B Soft Services Sales.
The Sales Manager will lead business development and sales initiatives focused on soft services, including cleaning, pest control, waste management, and support staffing. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Identify, develop, and secure new B2B clients in the soft services domain
Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and sales pitches
Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct site visits, prepare BOQs, and liaise with operations for pricing
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in FM Soft Services
Experience in the Qatari FM market is mandatory
Transferable visa and valid Qatar ID
Strong knowledge of FM soft services (cleaning, hospitality, pest control)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
Arabic speaking ability is a strong advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
