A dynamic engineering firm in Qatar is currently hiring a Mechanical Engineer with valid UPDA and QCDD certifications. The selected candidate will be responsible for mechanical design, implementation, and project supervision across HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Design, plan, and oversee installation of mechanical systems in buildings
Ensure project compliance with QCDD and ASHRAE standards
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams
Manage site inspections and resolve mechanical system issues
Prepare project documentation, load calculations, and technical submissions
Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections and approvals
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Valid UPDA Certification (Grade C or above)
QCDD approved Engineer (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC
Expert in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
Knowledge of Qatar's mechanical codes and safety regulations
Hands-on experience with software like HAP, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
Excellent project coordination and documentation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
