A reputed retail company in Qatar is looking for an experienced and passionate Saleslady to join their high-end boutique specializing in luxury watches and crystal products. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service, have in-depth product knowledge, and are capable of maintaining the prestige associated with luxury retail.
Greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock presentation
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury watches and crystals
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury watches or related high-end products
Eligibility to change sponsorship in Qatar is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
High attention to detail and product presentation
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
