Doha Indo International is hiring an Office Administrator for immediate placement. The candidate must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent organizational and communication skills to handle daily administrative operations efficiently.
Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
Handle email communications and schedule appointments.
Support sales and management teams with document preparation.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Draft official letters, memos, and reports.
Provide administrative support for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate internal communications and assist in HR-related tasks when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (preferably in Qatar).
Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
