We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. As the first point of interaction for our guests, you will ensure a friendly and welcoming experience while handling billing, payments, and customer inquiries.
Greet customers as they enter and leave the restaurant.
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of cashier experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is preferred.
Must be male (preferred nationality: Philippines).
Must be currently available in Qatar.
Excellent numerical and math skills.
Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash management.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
