We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing schedules, communications, and documentation related to sales operations.
Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle client inquiries and maintain client records.
Prepare regular sales reports and assist in sales forecasting.
Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
Follow up with clients on order status and payment collection.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the construction sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude and team spirit.
Must have a transferable visa with NOC.
Must be currently based in Qatar.
