A reputed company in Qatar is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the MD.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Organize business trips, including visa processing, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage communications (emails, letters, reports) on behalf of the MD.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and information.
Coordinate internal and external communications for the MD.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Manage office filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date.
Perform other related administrative tasks as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary.
Experience supporting senior management or directors is preferred.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
